The form collects your name, business email, country, selected machine category and written requirements. Company and material details may be included where relevant. Avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

Enquiry information is used to review and respond to your equipment requirement. A private record is stored in the website administration area. Hosting and email providers may process information as part of operating these services.
Technical information
The website and form may process request information and use essential security mechanisms to protect against spam and abuse. The current design does not add advertising or analytics trackers.
Retention and requests
Information is kept while needed for the enquiry and related business correspondence. Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion, identifying the email used in the original enquiry. Identity may need to be checked before a record is released or changed.
Drawings and attachments
The current form does not accept file uploads. If drawings are needed during follow-up, agree how they will be shared and who needs access before sending confidential material.
